Google Preferred Domain Problem

Well good morning,

While looking at the Google Webmaster tools yesterday, I configured our website to use www.glexia.com as the prefered domain instead of glexia.com with Google. I don't know if this tool is in beta of if anyone else has had problems with it but today when I woke up and ran a Google search on Glexia, our glexia.com domain disapeared from the top of the results.

Also, GlexiaBlog.com was no longer the top for the search Glexia Blog. Interestingly enough, the cache for both of these is gone now as well... But, the other pages for the site are still there. I don't really know what is going on with it but I hope Google Webmaster Tools did not cause my search result to be removed. I am thinking that it will just take time to adjust and reappear at the top.
